My today’s excerpt comes from Trails of Love I Crawl Part 2 and closes the series of snippets from this gay erotic paranormal fantasy.
See Jezebeth, the demon of a million of lovely faces as Viktor sees her. Enjoy reading.
The other immortal was a female. A beguiling one he had to admit. But just as treacherous as a swampland. She would devour him without any qualms. Even the colors of her likeness echoed the deadly beauty of a marsh. Sepia brown membranous wings, straight raw umber hair, green-brown cold irises. He felt drowning in their gaze and his mouth almost opened to draw in the last lungful before the slough closed above his head. She laughed and transformed right in front of his eyes. A white winged angel, with soft waves of golden tresses framing her face, and with blindingly silver sea blue orbs stood there with an entertained smirk on her lips. It revealed a pair of needle sharp fangs and made him gasp in fear and surprise alike. Jezebeth, the demon of a million of lovely faces. As real as goosebumps on his arms. At this very moment he would have preferred the place to be veiled in shadows of the night instead of basking in the warm light of hundreds of candles. Then all the bewitching details would be hidden to his eyes.

Oh, I so adore Jezebeth and all her lovely faces! So beautiful and deadly and mesmerizing. Poor Viktor, comparing her to swampland, lol. I love this scene.
lol, he says that the comparison is just about right. Based on his short experience, he doesn’t share your adoration at all, I’m afraid

I’m delighted you like it. Happy reading!
Oooh, I am intrigued by Jezebeth. She is fearsome indeed, and I love that she has a million faces. Can she hide her true nature with those faces, I wonder? I want to know more about her.
I’m happy you enjoyed reading. That’s an interesting question you ask. I suppose it depends on who sees her faces and in what relationship they are.
Very creepy!
Thanks, Jessica

Thanks, Paloma. In case of Jezebeth… I think that all mortals who have the privilege to know her. Most of them would be as eloquent as Viktor, considering which part of Gotahard she rules. I can’t say more not to give spoilers in case you’ll read the book.
